David surprised me with an all day fun-filled date on April 21, 2014. That day marked 5th year of dating. He recreated our very first date by taking me to Scripps Burch Aquarium, takeout lunch atop Mount Soledad, and lastly sunset at La Jolla shores. He told me we should get going because it was starting to get cold, so I said okay! Little to my knowledge he was on his knee as I got up off the blanket and proposed! Our very dear friends were there to capture the moment on camera.
