This page is dedicated to the people in our lives who are, if not family, then the closest thing to family that there is.  These people helped shape us into who we are today and the memories that we have made with them over the years are invaluable.

Zoe Victoria Wolf

Zoe is my little sister.  She is a beautiful, crazy-intelligent, strong-willed young lady  whose wisdom often surpasses her nineteen years.  She always amazes me with her huge love for the Lord and her keen insight.  I know she'll be the one to keep me grounded on the wedding day, reminding me of what's really important--not that the day goes perfectly, but that I continue to cherish the man I'm about to marry.  I am so proud to call her my sister.

Andrea Hackett

Andrea and I met in college.  We were both Theatre majors, but Andrea double-majored in Theatre and English (Creative Writing).  A natural leader and a mom at heart (though she has no kids, yet), Andrea found her niche in stage management.  I remember pouring out my troubles to her many a night while walking back to our dorm from rehearsal.  She'd talk about her boyfriend and I'd talk about my lack of one.  She was always there to share her wisdom and to be frank and honest with me when I needed it.  She is such a beautiful person and she has a heart of gold.  She always puts others before herself and is the first to volunteer her time.  I am so, so blessed to know this woman.

Alie Dobson

In the winter of my first year in Seattle--and my first year living away from home--I was fortunate enough to be cast as Sheila in HAIR.  It was then that I met Alie.  All of us were peace-loving stoners, but Alie was a true hippie at heart.  She was so excited about the play and so open and friendly from the very beginning.  With few inhibitions (if any) she was always out-going and so full of joy.  During the run, I would spend weekends at her house in Olympia, WA (about an hour south of Seattle, traffic depending).  We would smoke a bowl and talk about anything and everything.  Some nights, after shows, we'd go out dancing at nearby clubs.  Alie truly embodied the message of HAIR, and we stayed friends long after the show closed.  Alie is a truly amazing woman, and I am so honored and blessed to have her be a part of my wedding!

Helena Zielke

Helena and I met in college, during our junior year.  She was an English major/Theatre minor with an unparralled love for the written word.  She wrote incomporable stories about everything from displaced teens to dragon sex.  She excelled at fantasy stories.  She is a smart, sexy lady with a bone dry wit that never ceases to amuse.  In college, we performed Shakespeare scenes together.  After college, we maintained our love for the Bard by seeing as much Shakespeare-in-the-Park as we could stomach.  Helena is an amazing woman and a fabulous writer.  I am so excited to have her as a bridesmaid--especially since I'll get to say I knew her when!

Catrina Vroman

Cat and I met during the first couple of days of my sophomore year at Pacific Lutheran University.  I had just transferred there from community college and the only person I knew was my best friend Jon Lee.  Jon and I had developed a close relationship from having classes together and doing plays together, so when he told me that he had a girlfriend I had to meet her.  I was prepared to be completely judgmental, "She isn't good enough for you," etc.  But when I met Cat, all of my doubts flew out the window.  She was the kindest, gentlest, most unassuming person I had yet to come across.  She was a slight, pale little thing with glasses and an I.Q. bigger than she was.  She was so sweet and so open; I knew immediately that we were going to be friends, and I was correct.  We have been friends since those first few days of January 2008.  I was lucky enough to be a bridesmaid when she married Jon Lee, and now I've asked her to stand with me when I marry my best friend.

Emmett McMillan

What can I say about Emmett.  We may have had a rough child hood as far as being friends goes.  But what are brothers supposed to do when they are young right.  Over the years, Emmett and I have become really close, and I'm very thankful to have an older brother like him.  Although I'm still pretty sure I'm the smarter, more handsome brother, I couldn't be happier to have a brother like him, haha.  That being said, I love you man.  Thanks for becoming a great older brother and someone with a life to look up to.  You are the man!

One of the best things that Benny has ever done for me is give me the oppotunity to meet Cody.  Its hard to think of a better friend.  Not only do we have a ridiculous amount in common, but I can't think of a single person that I would rather hang out with on a Sunday and watch football all day.  i'm lucky to have a friend like him.

Billy Gross

BMX brought us together, and a mutual respect and an absolutely ridiculous sense of humor kept us friends.  Billy is like a brother to me, and I'll always love him.  Billy is hella BAAAAAAAAFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!

Ben Leddusire

I can't think of a more fun loving, energetic person than Benny.  Some of my most cherished memories of being a kid were with Benny riding our bikes and hanging out until the late hours of the night.  I couldn't feel more lucky to have a friend like Benny.  You have been one of the best friends a guy could ever have!

Jon James

Jon James.....  Its so hard to describe him.  Jon has always been that friend that has made me want to be a better person.  I can't think of a single bad thing to say about Jon.  And believe me, I took about 2 weeks to write this because I've been trying to think of something.  Jon might be the most loyal friend that I've ever had and I couldn't thank him enough for his friendship.  I love you man.
